Terms of use
Plain-language rules for a test platform. Written by the platform owner.
Demo environment. No real payment, ownership transfer, or legally binding exchange is completed through this test platform.
What this platform is
Angel Fox Swap is a test platform for exploring how a swap marketplace could work. Listings, proposals, escrow, fees and memberships shown here are simulated. Nothing you do on this site creates a legally binding trade, transfers ownership of anything, or moves money.
Who can use it
You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and you must give accurate information about anything you list. You are responsible for what you post and for keeping your sign-in details private.
What you list
Only list things you genuinely have and are allowed to trade. Describe condition honestly, and disclose anything a reasonable person would want to know — damage, outstanding finance, restrictions, or limits on a service you offer.
What is not allowed
No illegal, stolen, counterfeit, hazardous or restricted goods. No weapons, live animals, medicines, or anything requiring a licence you do not hold. No harassment, discrimination, spam, scraping, or attempts to move members off-platform to avoid the safety steps.
Swaps happen between members
Angel Fox Swap introduces people and structures the conversation. It is not a party to any swap, does not inspect goods, does not verify title or ownership, and does not guarantee that any member will do what they promised.
Simulated payments and escrow
Cash adjustments, escrow states, platform fees and membership plans are demonstrations of the flow. No card details are collected and no payment is taken at any point.
Suspension and removal
We can hide a listing, pause an account, or remove content that breaks these terms or puts other members at risk. Serious or repeated breaches can end access permanently.
Changes
These terms can change as the platform develops. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.
